
Spring Challenge
From March 20- April 20 , let's focus on a group goal: the month of the mile.
This plan will focus on the mile- finishing it, walking it, running it, maybe even running your fastest mile yet. There are many ways to do this mile! There will be challenge swap out workouts for some variation.
You plan will be part of a group plan, but your plan can be individualized to your specific ability (walker/jogger, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) and schedule for additional cost.
Core work outs, ab workouts and strength training are included.

October 8k or 10k
October is my favorite month to run! We'll build into an 8k/10k race day at the end of the month (5k can be an option too - we will talk). If you did the September speed work, this will tie in nicely as the next step. Plans are part of a group goal (the race), but will be individualized to your experience level, ability, and goals. Plans will be sent in September. Registration for this closes on September 23rd. Payments will be on Etsy or Venmo.. Please submit the interest form / welcome survey and specify the name of the program you want to join.Note: If you are training for a longer event, you can still do this plan. We can talk about how the speed workouts can benefit you.There will be a discounted rate for members who did the September Speed Challenge. Ask for details!

Individualized/ Custom Training Plans
You set the goal and the date you want to run the event, and I will help develop your plan for 6-20 weeks.
 Event suggestions: 800m, mile, 2 mile, 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon. I will only be taking on 5*(-10) MAX individuals for this fall 2020 session for individualized plans.
You will receive a survey to help me gather info about your current ability, experience, and goals. Then, I will develop a plan and discuss some elements with you. Your plan will include daily training workouts/ recommendations individualized for your training ability and goal. This plan cost varies, I will provide you with a quote after our first consultation.
Additional core workouts and weekly strength straining suggestions can be added on for ~$20.

September Speed
From September 1st - September 30th , let's focus on speed work! This plan will focus on acceleration, turn over, and muscle strength. Your fast twitch muscles will get some work this month!
If you have been feeling like you are not getting "faster", it may be helpful to switch up your training and focus on a new event for a few weeks. The mile and 800m will be the main focus, however, we can discuss some other events (400m, 600m or 1000m). Endurance will be maintained through weekly long runs. Then, you can transition back to your regular training cycle, and it should all click together!
You plan will be part of a group plan (speed work events), but your plan will be individualized to your specific ability (walker/jogger, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.). Core work outs, ab workouts and strength training are included.
Payments are made on Venmo for the 2020 year. Please submit the interest form / welcome survey and specify the name of the program you want to join.

Core / AB workout Package
4 weeks of core work (2-3 days per week); flexible start date.  
You'll receive a survey to determine what type of equipment (not required) you have available. Then, I can develop your 4 week core supplemental package. No at-home / gym equipment is necessary, but if you have tools available we can make use of them!
This will be available on Etsy. If you are local, a direct client referral, or a mutual acquaintance  message me for ways for a discount.
